Innov8 Safety Solutions Construction Advisors worked in partnership with the Estates
Department and site based staff to deliver the following:

  • The development, implementation and management of a works programme to ensure
    the minimal disruption to patients and staff.
  • Regular liaisons with the Estates Department to ensure that all the existing information was collated and
    made available for the tender process.
  • The preparation of a pre-construction pack taking into consideration the environmental policy and
    restrictions encountered within a fully operational hospital.
  • Regular liaisons with the appointed principal contractor design team and staff to maintain open
    communications and clarity.

We are currently working with Innov8 Safety Solutions on a Ward extension and refurbishment project. Innov8 are providing all CDM co-ordinator duties from pre-construction to project completion. To date, they have been pro-active in the production of site specific information that has allowed the Contractor to allocate appropriate resources, to what is a particularly complex project. We have been extremely pleased with their refreshingly common-sense attitude to all CDM matters, whilst not compromising the standards required.

We fully intend to work with Innov8 Safety Solutions in the future and would be happy to recommend their services to other organisations.
