Client’s Requirements	Our client required site safety support on projects locally and nationally for clients such as A Plant Hire, HMP Prison Services and various NHS Trusts throughout the UK.
Innov8 Safety Solution’s Contribution	Innov8′s CDM capability enabled NIR UK to tender the project with the advantage over other competitors, being able to deliver the CDM Coordinator role for the client. Innov8 and NIR UK have been working together for over 3 years are keen to maintain their positive working relationship. Innov8 have ensured contract extensions by: Maintaining a consistent approach from start to finish. Assisting NIR in safely delivering projects and reducing the amount of reportable injuries. Examination of Health & Safety Management Systems and development of action plan for 2009/10 and beyond. Delivering a single point of contact for all health and safety needs and developing new services streams when/if required. Representing NIR at tender selection interviews, project progress and handover meetings.
