Client’s Requirements	Our clients experienced rapid growth over recent years and required the services of Innov8 Safety Solutions support for prestigious projects within the public and private sector.
Innov8 Safety Solution’s Contribution	Innov8 supported RWS with major new build contracts for Novotel, Liverpool & Heald Farm Court, St. Helens. In essence Innov8 acted as RWS health and safety department supporting the business through all aspects of safety management. Innov8 supported RWS by: Setting short and long term objectives and developing the agenda for monthly board meetings. Assisting with pre-qualification questionnaires, tender submissions and project execution plans. Identifying statutory training requirements and developing a 12 month schedule to ensure compliance. Visiting sites to review working procedures and ensuring suitable mechanical and lifting aids are being utilised.
